Changed Your Mind?

You have 14 days from the delivery date to return items.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after the 14-day period.

Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.
To begin the return process, send us an email at info@tannurbags.com with your order details, and we’ll send you the return form.

Please note: You are responsible for return shipping costs, but we do not charge any restocking fees.

Return Refund

Once we receive your returned item(s), we’ll process your refund within 7 days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 days:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank

  3. If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@tannurbags.com

Requesting an Exchange

To request an exchange, send us an email at info@tannurbags.com.

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request an exchange.
Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.
We’ll walk you through the steps once we receive your request.

Incorrect or Damaged Item

If we accidentally sent you the wrong item or something arrived damaged, we're here to help.
Email us at info@tannurbags.com with photos of the damage or incorrect item, and we’ll take care of it right away.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@tannurbags.com and provide your order number.
If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll cancel it.
If it’s already on the way, you can return it once it arrives.
