Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be generated and sent to your email address. Please provide an accurate email address if you wish to track your order. You can track your order through our site.
Cancellation of the Order
If you need to cancel your order, simply contact us immediately at info@tannurbags.com and provide your order number. We will cancel the order for you.
Once your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it — but you can return it at any time after it has arrived.
Incorrect or Damaged Item
If we accidentally sent you the wrong item or something arrived damaged, we're here to help.
Send us an email at info@tannurbags.com. Be sure to include photos of the damage or the incorrect item, and we'll take care of it!
Late Order
If your order is delayed, we will make sure you receive it as soon as possible.
Please allow up to two additional business days.
If your package still hasn't arrived after that, please notify us at info@tannurbags.com — we'll take care of it!
